This is the first step of manufacturing. We use Makarana, Vietnam, Black, Red and Yellow Marble for manufacturing the marble statues and handicrafts
Once marble block is selected, the basic measurement of statue is done so that next step can be executed. We use graphic system, Compass system and free hand marble carving approaches.
After proper measurement of Statue to be carved, the basic cutting work is done to cut short the huge size marble block.
After Basic cutting work, the marble block is shifted to factory from yard. A team of highly skilled artists work on marble with the help of various tools
Once carving is done in the factory, the statue is shifted to finishing department for carving on Face of idol. It is the last step where sculptor works.
After complete carving, the idol is moved for polishing, where the statue is rubbed by various tools and tackles.
After carving and polishing, the marble moorti is transported to painting department where the painting work is done by high quality paints, Gold layers and other painitng tools
Once the statue is completed from painting, it is packed in wooden/ steel boxes specially manufactured for them. We use export quality packing concepts for safe delivery of statues.
